A "points collection" menu item has appeared in the main menu, where you can view the current sticker packs.

Our loyalty program has been renewed, you can earn different stickers with your orders, and by collecting full sticker packs you will receive points and badges as a reward. For the points you have the opportunity to buy scratch tickets in the prize shop. With the scratch tickets you can win coupons or even prizes.

You will find the coupons you have won in your foodora Coupon Pocket, and in the case of a prize, we will contact you by email/phone. The mechanism is not automatic, you can start collecting stickers by starting to collect each sticker pack (click the “Start” button), but after that you will automatically get closer to earning badges or points if you place an order that meets the specified criteria.

Browse through the sticker packs, start collecting by clicking the “Start” button and order according to the terms of the given pack. In case of successful delivery/collection, you will get stickers, and if you have obtained all the stickers available in a sticker pack, you will receive the corresponding badges, points or even coupons, item prizes.
The credits for the rewards (points, coupons, prizes) and badges received will appear in the system within 8 hours after completing the order. If your rewards and badges do not appear in the system after 8 hours, please contact us at help@foodora.hu.
You can get multiple stickers with one order, but remember that if they are on separate sticker packs, you must start collecting all affected sticker packs in advance, but no later than the moment before the order changes to “shipped” status.
After entering your address, please use the filter function, but in the description of the sticker packs we try to provide as much help as possible to obtain each sticker, i.e. to meet the given conditions.

Yes, the coupon can be used until the end of the expiration date. Please log in to your user account and click on the Coupons menu in the main menu, you will find your coupon here.
You can only use the coupon for online payments (bank card/SZÉP card/Apple Pay), not for cash payments. Please check whether the value of your cart reaches the minimum order value of the coupon and check whether your coupon is still valid.
If an order is cancelled before it is shipped, the stickers/points and badges earned for that order will not be saved.

Terms of Use

  1. Participation in the program is subject to registration on the foodora interface (iOS, Android, web).
  2. Consumers receive the corresponding points upon successful completion of the order, and the badge upon successful completion of all orders affected by the challenge. Successful completion is considered to be the receipt of the product, whether it is delivered or taken away.
  3. Consumers are entitled to redeem their points upon successful completion and crediting of the points (no later than 8 hours after completing the order).
  4. Users may not exchange badges and points for cash.
  5. If the order is canceled for any reason before its successful completion, the Consumer's order will not count towards the challenge, i.e. they are not entitled to points and badges for the given order.

  1. The coupon can be redeemed on the foodora website (www.foodora.hu) or the foodora mobile application (Android, iOS) by selecting an online payment method (bank card / SZÉP card / Apple Pay). You can find the coupon in the Coupons menu in the upper right corner of the website by clicking on your name, or in the My Coupons menu in the left sidebar of the application, and you can use it for any order within the usage period.
  2. The coupon code entitles you to a discount from the order value specified in your foodora Coupon Pocket. The minimum order value is visible in your foodora Coupon Pocket; the delivery fee and the courier tip are not included in the order value. The order value is only the sum of the value of the products added to the cart. The minimum order value required to use the coupon and the minimum order value set at the given Partner may differ from each other; both minimum order values ​​must be reached to use the coupon.
  3. The coupon can only be used once and is not transferable. A User can only use one coupon in an order process. The coupon cannot be exchanged for cash. It is not possible to use a coupon when using the Taste Adventure service.
  4. In view of the current legislation, the possibility of using the coupon is not provided for pharmacy orders.
  5. Foodora reserves the right to cancel the order or block the user account (in case of suspected abuse), or to modify the details of the promotion.
